Our Permanent Recruitment Solutions Service has 3 options:
Standard Search (no cure, no pay)
Marinova will help our client find the right candidate for the job. Once the candidate is found, the process is handled and the candidate accepts the clients offer, the candidate will be permanently employed by our client. A one-time fee based on the salary of the new employee will be charged (following our Terms & Conditions).
Executive Search (retained)
Retained searches are given the ‘top priority’- status. Allocating a dedicated research & resource team and multiple recruitment consultants, a retained search is has the highest success rate with regards to finding the best available candidate in the market within the agreed timeframe.
A retained (executive) search includes: a customised project plan, a market scan, a dedicated research & resource team, adverts, a tailor-made longlist & shortlist of candidates, multiple experienced recruitment consultants, project management, progress reports and a 100% success rate in 2013 and 2014
In the 'temp-to-perm’ construction, the candidate is temporarily employed/pay-rolled by Marinova and placed at our client (for a fixed period and at an hourly rate). If both client and candidate are still exited to work together after this (successful) period, the specialist will be directly employed by our client. The trail period is usually between six and twelve months.
